All backends should report if the destination folder is not empty #150

Attempting to use a non-empty folder as the destination should give a
warning to the user.

This requires that the backend is able to read if the backend is being
modified or created.

This issue was updated by revision r828 .

There is now a check to see if there are any duplicati-* files on the remote backend.
This is not done for the file-based backend, because that backend does not have a Test button.

Status: Fixed
