Meant to be the sister application for the iascrapter. It will take the downloaded information convert the metadata to a Dspace suitable format and break it up into small manageable pieces. The resulting data is a text file with the instructions on how to ingest the information into DSpace and the final data nested with the appropriate XML files DSpace requires.
