What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open attachment in a web brower
2. Drag the last column (Tickets) on top of the Last Name column

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would like to see:
the ticket column contain the ticket count and links for "list" and "new".
the last name column contain the last name.

I do see:
the ticket column contains the ticket count and the last name.
the last name column now contains List and new links.


What version of the product are you using? In what browser?

I may end up rewriting the screen to merge the last two columns together so
that they can use the same column header, but I wanted to see if you would
have a look at this and see what your opinion was first.
