During (internal) testing of beta 4, several bugs where found. To eliminate certain bugs (xorg/pkgsrc) a new branch (x) has been developed. This branch will feature XFree86 and KDE 3.5 compiled through dracosrc.

Update KDE3 compiled using DracoSRC fixed the bugs present in the pkgsrc version.

Issues

• Some instability resulting in broken config (and unable to login) (this bug needs more testing on more hardware and configurations)
• Issue #16
• VIA graphics cards not supported
• Some Intel graphics cards may have issues related to stability and/or performance (works ok on i965, various results with i915/i945 (945 seems to work ok now), i8xx and X4xxx untested)

Requirements

A Pentium III 500Mhz with 256M RAM and a graphics card capable of 1024x768 in 16bit.

Future

No future plans, will be maintained until DracoK4 is usable.
