Amir and gruff request that classic ASP apps that host DNOI get a chance to 
use sreg and AX extensions to discover more about the user.

Since sreg is better supported by OPs, and because AX is a significantly more complex 
extension and I am not sure how to best expose it over COM for classic ASP access, 
I'm going to just expose the sreg extension for the 3.0 release.
