What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click on a dropdown menu

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
This is just a minor issue... but when clicking on a dropdown menu, the 
window seems to "lose focus" as indicated by the shade of the tab bar 
changing colors when giving focus to a dropdown menu and back after 
selecting an option

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
XP/Vista, Build 1583

Please provide any additional information below.
More of a usability issue/distraction than anything, but I wanted to bring 
it to light.
