For the 0.9.2 release finally have a binary download for Mac, Windows and Linux. Also functionality is advancing. DndTool might actually be ready for real use in a couple of months if I manage to keep working at this current rate.

Introduction

DndTool is for Dungeons and Dragons 4th Edition Characters.

I wrote it after discovering that there wasn't any other tool that did the character creation job for 4th edition, and that the ones likely to be written soon would not run on Mac OSX.

It (currently) is not a Wizards of the Coast licensed project, but may be in the future if it looks like being a serious project, and if it conforms to their licensing requirements.

At present DndTool has the ability to create basic character stats, and that is about all. I have released a binary for MacOSX just so the release cycle is started, and to keep me honest about ensuring that a workable version is available as I develop it.

So in summary it is in an experimental state, but someone might find it interesting to play with.
