- Updated uploadhandlers, example javascript as well.
These are in use in one of my projects, working quite well.

- What I would like to see here (apart from what's planned already):
* upload progress tracking middleware: session and cache based
* a form or form field that handles uploading multiple files at once (or
any other means of achieving this)
All bits should have corresponding js and sample projects for testing.
I'm attaching a SessionUploadProgressHandler that I use myself.
