<3/30/09> There will be a freeze on trunk until db-occurrences are merged in.

<the past>Legacy code has been removed from EventManager. If you find you are having bugs that are caused by this, it is likely you are not using this app correctly. If, after reading the documentation, you feel that you have a good reason the code that was removed should not have been removed leave a comment here.
