Yet Another Django Blogging Framework

This thing is meant to manage my site, but I hope it will make a good blogging CMS for other people too. So take it. It's open source. Why Belleville? I'm following a long tradition of naming Django projects after Django Reinhardt-related things and people. Belleville was one of his compositions which has since become a jazz standard. Give it a listen.
