Dead zone has to be calibrated for each game.
Keypad '*' will increase the dead zone, and keypad '/' will decrease it.
To make it easier to find the right dead zone value, a key press (keypad '.') will enable a calibration mode.
The calibration mode applies an horizontal move movement that corresponds to the current dead zone value.
If the position is not stable, decrease the dead zone until the position is stable.
If the position is stable, increase the dead zone until last position that is stable.
Current value for dead zone will be displayed in the emuclient terminal.
