What steps will reproduce the problem?
(You have to fix issue 178 first)
1. Go to the comment input part of an article where OpenID is enabled
2. Look for the openid.gif
3.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You should see the openid.gif next to the website field.
Instead you will see it down at the comments field and you can also see it when
you are already logged in.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Please provide any additional information below.
If you change line 7 of the openid.css to background-position: 3px 28%; it
looks a little bit better but not perfect.

If you change line 5 to
#openid_enabled_link, .openid_link, #openid_identifier, #commentform, {
you will see the icon only when you are not already logged in.
