1. At the Wordpress plugin page, the developer documentation page 404's.

then click on "here" in "Developer documention, which includes all of the 
public methods and hooks for integrating with and extending the plugin, can be 
found here."

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
http://wiki.diso-project.org/wordpress-openid-api redirects to an error page 
showing URL as .pbworks.com/?custom-domain-unavailable

Expect instead a page with developer documentation.
