What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Put delegation on wordpress front page (example.com)
  <link rel="openid.server" href="http://www.myopenid.com/server" />
  <link rel="openid.delegate" href="http://youraccount.myopenid.com/" />
2. Add frontpage (example.com) to your account as your openid
3. Return to page with "Error:
OpenIDloginfailed:Serverdeniedcheck_authentication"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected (example.com) to be added as my openid, and thus give me access
to login using (example.com) Instead I was returned to "Your Verified
OpenIDs" page with a red box at the top giving me "Error:
OpenIDloginfailed:Serverdeniedcheck_authentication"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OpenID Plugin 3.2.2
Wordpress 2.7.1

Please provide any additional information below.
I received the same error, using myopenid or phpmyopenid. I haven't
checked other openid providers.

Thanks
Nathan
