This is a project aiming to develop a Home Finance system that is distributed meaning that it can accept transactions from many devices even when they are offline.

The devices can be wildly diverse, from smartphones to linux/macosx/windows netbooks/notebooks/desktops so the system is also multi-platform.

Most of the code will be in C#(Mono/.NET) with parts running in the Web and so using HTML/Javascript in an AJAX fashion, but eventually Moonlight/Silverlight.
