Installation
- Download from SVN (click the source tab) -- (As an alternative you can check to see if the latest version is available as a ZIP under Featured downloads)
- Download and install a personal web server (xampp recommended)

Compiling Requirements
- Download and install the free Flex SDK
- Optional: Download and Install FlashDevelop 3. The only setting you will have to change is under Project>Properties>Output>Output file. The path should point to your web server directory.
