Ability to connect through port 23. frengo

Comment by edtandi, Feb 27, 2008

FYI, it is now possible to connect through port 23.

I would like to see an easier way to customize the chat window toolbar -particularly common seeks. Editing properties files seems a bit crude.

If one has added channel tabs, I would like to see messages filtered from the console rather than just duplicated in the extra tabs. One of the reason for setting up extra tabs, is to reduce clutter in the console.

Regarding the seek/sought graph, I would like to see a line that divides blitz from slow-play games (like Jin). It would be good to be able to right-click on a circle and find out the game stats, game history and finger-text of certain players.

It would be good to have a seek dialog, that allows some of the more advanced options to be set more easily, like the type of game, whether it is a rated game or not and the range of player ratings permitted to accept the seek.

It would be good to have a visual notification of draw/abort offers, which one can accept or decline (via button). When playing, such offers are not immediately obvious, especially when playing without sound. The area on the right-hand side of the board could be used for this.

When observing relay games, there is no indication of which game one is viewing. The is important while watching multiple games, along with their whispers and kibitzes.

Thanks.
