This project provides a clone of the Darts (Double-ARray Trie System), a C++ header library for implementing a double-array. The Darts was developed by Taku Kudo and used in famous morphological analyzers ChaSen and MeCab, etc. because of its fast retrieval speed. And, this clone library has an advantage in the space usage, only 1/2 to 1/4 spaces are allocated to dictionaries. In addition, the retrieval speed of the darts-clone is not so bad compared with the Darts, and in some cases, the darts-clone shows a better retrieval speed than the Darts.

本プロジェクトは，Darts のクローンとして利用可能なライブラリを提供します． Darts はダブル配列を実装した C++ テンプレートライブラリであり， 有名な形態素解析器 ChaSen や MeCab において利用されています． 本ライブラリ darts-clone は，Darts に対して辞書を コンパクト化する手法を適用したもので，検索時間をそれほど悪化させることなく， 辞書のサイズを 1/2 ～ 1/4 程度に抑えることができます．
