The CodeMirror mode we have here: https://code.google.com/p/dart/source/browse/experimental/tools/codemirror/ is woefully out of date. It'd be nice if we could keep it updated, or maybe put it on GitHub to encourage external contributors.

Putting this into project hosting.

Since this is in experimental, maybe we should delete it until we are willing to take on the maintenance of it?

This is also blocking us from having dart syntax highlighting in chrome devtools' editor.

Codemirror 4 has been released, some of its API changed. Having Dart code highlight in the DevTools would be awesome to have.
