Now that we've had our first pub.dartlang.org issue that affected users, we should start getting more serious about reliability and servicing. We need to figure out details, but I'm thinking:

  1. Get one or more people in other timezones who can triage and fix basic site issues (i.e. rollbacks and maybe some other stuff). Make sure they know what to do and have admin rights on the site.
  2. Document the triage process.
  3. Document the post-mortem process.
