Currently, dart2js generates a file named out.js in the current directory if no --out option is provided.

A common use case is to serve files from a web server and having the compiled code sitting right next to the input .dart file.

We should either change the default of add an option to ease this.

It would be neat if I instead of

  dart2js /my/web/path/client_app.dart --out=/my/web/path/client_app.dart.js

I could say

  dart2js /my/web/path/client_app.dart --next-to

or along those lines.
