The dart:html library is currently based on Blink 34 IDL using the old scripts. We need to use the new Blink scripts to parse the latest and generate an updated dart:html.

It's too late for this to land for 1.6 . It should happen shortly after 1.6 is shipped.

Removed this from the 1.6 milestone.
Added this to the 1.7 milestone.
