HTML <small> tag is missing in dart:html package

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Dart SDK version 1.1.1
Mac OSX 10.9.1

Added Area-HTML, Triaged labels.

I think that it doesn't need a class. The tag has no state or methods of its own.
