Dart docs are missing a prominent "Feedback on this document" link #15716
Comments
Good point, thanks for the recommendation! Removed Type-Defect label. |
Some Google products let you easily take a screenshot of part of a page and then describe the problem. It'd be cool if we could do that. |
The page referenced in the initial report has the full snapshot feature. I'm guessing what code fragments that obviously don't compile are supposed to be. I think we need more than a link to dartbug/new with some pre-filled fields. What I really need is the snapshot feature but with a fast path to get the answer to me. I want the opened issue to be 'from' me and rapidly triaged to the original content author or someone who is in a good position to answer the question |
Removed Area-Site label. |

When I browse the Dart docs, and see a mistake or get confused, it's not obvious where to report those problems.
Expect:
Like other Google developer documentation (like https://developers.google.com/compute/) - they have a prominent "Feedback on this document" link at the top of the page to report problems or confusions.
If doc bugs are going to this issue tracker, then a link to create a new issue would be sufficient.
