This comment was originally written by matthew106...@gmail.com I'm able to play audio in Firefox 33.1 with the Web Audio API. It doesn't look like Safari is supported currently though. I'm running Safari 7.0.1. I have not yet tested IE. |
It's fine in Firefox now (1.8), but does fail in Safari. But I'm going to make that as a separate bug. https://code.google.com/p/dart/issues/detail?id=22124 Added AssumedStale label. |

The web-audio API is not producing any sound on the newly released Firefox 25. In firefox 24 web-audio was not yet supported, and immediately threw an error upon requesting an audio context. Now that Firefox 25 supports web-audio, there's no exception but there is no sound either.
