The below co19 tests timeout in debug mode on windows:

Language/15_Types/4_Interface_Types_A11_t01
Language/15_Types/4_Interface_Types_A11_t02

The tests both contain very long subclass chains so I suspect this issue is not actually windows specific. I will update if it seems they also run slow on Linux.
