What steps will reproduce the problem?
The last editor update caused the requestAnimationFrame rate to drop to 30 fps in dartium.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
60fps.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 8 x64
Dart Editor version 0.6.17_r26023
Dart SDK version 0.6.17.2_r26023

Thanks, we'll need to wait for a fix upstream. Once it's there, we will merge it in.
