Seems like there is a difference between the various JS engines in how they evaluate calls: Do they throw if the receiver is null before or after evaluating the arguments?

This test is impacted by this and only fails on V8:

co19/Language/14_Types/6_Type_dynamic_A03_t01

This needs more investigation.
