CygWine is a package manager for the Cygwin Linux-like environment, to make package installation, removal and upgrade more easy.

Run

1. Download "mingwm10.dll" to system folder (ie "C:\Windows\System32");
2. Download CygWine executable to any directory;
3. Execute CygWine executable;
