  issue 514 (Customize Icon Will Not Show up) reported by tiger.of.the.otter   -   What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. I downloaded the newest Customize file (not the .zip file because that is only giving me an archive). 2. I dragged the icon from my desktop into my Apps folder in iTunes. 3. It transferred successfully, but the icon for the Customize App is not your rainbow one, it is the symbol that is used to mean "App." I am on a Macbook with the last version of Tiger OSX. I like your icon a lot. Is there an easy way to fix it?

  issue 513 (Changing System String) commented on by mkbn08   -   Yeah, I am still having same trouble with Customize. i uninstalled all app and re jailbreak on 2.2.1 iphone 2G. Still the same problem with "Failed to save strings file" so guess, customize is still buggy. I gave up. hopefully, They will fix it asap bec i want to put my name on "slide to unlock" damn it. LOL

I have installed the Customize fix and also have tried the Suvi Lib fix. Both of these help with the crashing of the program but both still give me the same error stated above. Please help and let me know what I am doing wrong. I also have unistalled and reinstalled multiple times. I also have watched multiple youtube videos to make sure that I am doing things as others with success have practiced. Thanks David

  issue 497 (System Sounds Aren't Working!) commented on by devros   -   I found that if you select the sound, and then it takes you to the page where only that sound is listed and you have the "apply" button, you need to reselect the sound(tap on it) again before you hit apply. that seemed to do the trick for me.

  issue 504 (No wallpaper image (ipod touch 2.0, customize 2.1)) reported by ArkoCovenant   -   What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. (older) Ipod touch on 2.0 Firmware 2. Customize 2.1 3. Any theme pack What is the expected output? What do you see instead? In all of the theme previews there is a custom backround image for the home screen, but when I apply the themes it does not show up (even if i reboot) I have tried this with several themes and none work. When I go into customize and try to manually apply just the wallpaper, It gives me the message "Encountered an Error copying the files. Please provide any additional information below.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Expected to see main Customize page, or some login page. Instead you are directed to the "Create an Account" page. What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? iPod Touch firmware 2.0 Please provide any additional information below. If the server isn't responding, the user should be redirected to a page that lets you choose between creating a new account and logging in with a current ID. It is able to connect to the server long enough to tell me my email address is in use, so I'm stuck on a page unable to do anything but quit and reopen the program. Perhaps increasing the timeout would help too.
