This plugin was developed as part of a maven2 test suite to validate that developers were conforming to best practices. It is to be used in conjunction with the JSLint4Java plugin which takes advantage of Douglas Crockfords CSS validation tests. Currently the plugin checks for CSS alphabetical property ordering, duplicate CSS properties, shorthand CSS use where applicable.

It was inspired by W. Edwards Deming philosophies and principles of production that the higher the tolerances the better and more reliable the final product.
