What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start csshX on OS X 10.8-10.9.2 (I have not tested 10.7)
2.Open two or more sessions. (I've tested 2,4,8,16 sessions)
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is sessions tiled so that they don't overlap
Actual output is that the very top row of terminal windows are just a little
bit too long, and the second row covers the bottom line of text. My Terminal is
configured to use the default settings (except for coloring).

What version of csshX (do a "csshX -v") are you using? On what operating
system version (do a "sw_vers")?
csshX 0.74
ProductName: Mac OS X
ProductVersion: 10.9.2
BuildVersion: 13C64

Please provide any additional information below.
