This project is meant to be a PHP 5.3+ framework (currently requires 5.3.2) that tries to find the best combination of SoC, RAD and enterprise worthy features. It will take advantage of PHP 5.3 and Windows Server features wherever possible.

Currently it is a small alpha (no really things are a mess right now), implementing some simple ORM, Controller/Router, DOM tools as well as some standard utility classes. There is also a growing set of Windows Server COM classes most notably surrounding Windows Task Scheduler and Azure.

I would say check out the code, but we are moving to some better styled code. Initially just namespaces, but a full rewrite is in the works. Comments and suggestions welcome.
