How many times do you poll your e-mail, Twitter or any inbox actually? Enter the Windows you'd like to monitor in CountWindowActivations.ini and let CountWindowActivations do the math. Double click on the trayitem for a report and be amazed at the end of the day.

You can also activate an annoying popup asking you if you really wish to spend time on the monitored application :-)

The program can also log monitored activated windows in a .csv file so you can create reports using for instance Microsoft Excel.
