What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create dll which contains merged by costura references
2. Add this assembly to WPF application
3. Get build error, which actually says msbuild doesn't see referenced assemblies

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

1.2

Please provide any additional information below.

I looked into the referenced assembly and see it has all my assemblies as resources. Also there are still references (I am not sure whether costura should remoe them).

Costura is only mean to be used at the application level.

You should be merging the WPF app not the reference assembly

Don't you know any merging solutions for assembly level? I am just providing WPF control as my "application" and I want to provide this control as one assembly

I thought about it a bit more... What if my application is also Costura-driven. Can't it look for Costura-driven assemblies and load their assemblies from resources?
