This project is to develop a mathematical tool using Conley Index theory and Morse decompositions to describe dynamical systems. The main principle is described in A Database Scheme for the Analysis of Global Dynamics of Multiparameter Systems" Arai, et. al. Journal on Applied Dynamical Systems 8, 757 (2009) The code is intended to be generically designed using C++. The ultimate goal is to produce queryable database structures which can answer qualitative questions regarding dynamics.
