SSH client for OS X Leopard 10.5

Code is based on iTerm.

This is currently a very early alpha and probably contains numerous bugs.

Features:

1. Bookmarks Dock menu, with a drop down list of hosts
2. Menu extra for quickly launching hosts
3. Remember password for auto login
4. Tunneling support

Planned Features:

1. Add a helper script to help with the initial setting up of keychain logins
2. Add command to be run once SSH logs in (ie, if all you want to do is connect to a host to update svn, you could add this command to the connection so it's run automatically, then exited).
3. Add "quiet mode" for tunneling
