A very thin wrapper around the C code for Brian T. Schellenberger's UN*X version of Juergen Helbing's yDec 1.0 ("released to the public domain - no rights reserved"; see yEnc for LINUX).

Needs error-handling code (capture the errors from the original C code, stick them in an NSError, and provide methods that can take an error:(NSError**) argument.
