What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Implement the IconMenu class
2. Set the useAxis option to 'y'
3. Test in IE6/7

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see the items on the list scroll up and down, but instead it
doesnt work at all.

Please provide any additional information below.

I should add that I believe IE is sniffing the offset/scrollsizes incorrectly thus
not initiating the scrolling action at all.
