This is a pseudo-bug to track a repaint glitch I fixed where sections of
text could disappear on shift-reload or first reload without cache. 

The problem here is that we have to make sure that Classilla Start is
thoroughly tested on 9.0 (and for that matter WaMCom) so that people behind
on updates can still read the version alert text. It is now fixed in
9.0.4-internal.
