Bug Fixes

• Fixed some python-2.5 compatibility issues.

• Fixed WSGI and CGI Application deployment. ( Issue #2 ,  Issue #3 ,  Issue #5 )
• Fixed a defect where if no default Root() Controller were present, 404's were returned for any Request URI. ( Issue #7 )

Miscellaneous

• Removed some garbage from the build process. ( Issue #4 )
