Project hosting moved to circuits on bitbucket.

Why ? Google Code Project Hosting's is nice and simple but it does lack some nice features. bitbucket's also makes use of the defacto-standard Wiki Creole standard and has better support for hosting embedded documentation (such as that generated with Spinx) like the new circuits Documentation.

Thanks to Google for the hosting and apologize for the swapping and changing and any inconvenience caused.
