CIA-22 doesn't reconnect to freenode/#emc. (It fell quiet a couple days ago, then it dissapeared completely, no other bot joined #emc).

On the profiles page at CIA.vc, I get only "Waiting for bot to connect", which seems to hang, no connection gets established.

(I created a new bot for #emc-devel, and this one seems to work as expected, but the #emc one is still dead).

I also tried to disable/reenable it (along with removing it from my profile and readding it), but to no avail

CIA-22 joined the channel, but it's silent (no commit messages for the last couple of days / one week).

same issue for CIA-18, CIA-39 and CIA-25 (no commit messages lately)
