REGRESSION: horizontal mouse wheel scrolling is reversed

2.0.170.0 (Developer Build 11295)

on my T60p notebook w/ vista, holding down the middle mouse button and
moving the nub sends mouse wheel events. if i move the nub to the right, a
scrollable view should scroll to reveal contents to the right of the
visible region. however, the direction is now reversed. i have to move
the mouse to the left to reveal the contents to the right.

The scrolling is no longer reversed, but now it doesn't repeat if you hold the tilt
wheel in either direction. In order to scroll you have to push the mouse wheel
multiple times.

Please file separate bugs for things like that

I am experiencing this problem with Chromium 3.0.195.0 20090720 r21115 on Linux when
viewing a Google Docs Spreadsheet. In my case, I'm using a touchpad, not a
scrollwheel, but it is essentially the same problem. Horizontal scrolling works fine
on other websites in Chromium, and in other applications, including Google Docs in
Firefox.
