Dev build issue.
Build: 2.0.168.0 (Developer Build 10990)
OS: Any
Other Browsers:
Safari: N/A
Firefox3: N/A
IE7: N/A
Steps:
1. Launch Chrome
2. Type about:network in Omnibox
3. Observe
Result:
about:network dialog opened behind current Chrome window
Expected:
Show in front of current Chrome window
Notes:
On Stable build, we show about:network in current tab, so it is no problem
there and I am marking this issue as regression

We are turning off about:network for official Chrome branded builds. As a result these bugs drop in priority. If you want to use about:network you would need to run the Chromium builds or build it yourself.
