2.0.168.0 (Developer Build 10885)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Chrome
2. Go to any webpage
3. Open history page
4. Bookmark the webpage
5. Go to History Page

What is the expected output? 
History page should show star besides webpage entry

What do you see instead?
No star seen. On refreshing the page, star is seen. 

Same issue for removing the bookmark, Star doesn't vanish besides the 
webpage entry. On refreshing history page, star vanishes.

Same basic root cause as 8171 (though not a dupe).
