Chrome Version : 2.0.162.0
URLs (if applicable) : (any WordPress blog)
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
Safari 3:
Firefox 3: OK
IE 7:
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start writing a post on a WordPress blog (software downloaded from
wordpress.org)
2. While writing the text of the post, click the "link" button
What is the expected result?
A pop-up appears. The pop-up is pre-populated with the text "http:// and
the text is selected.
What happens instead?
A pop-up appears. The pop-up is pre-populated with the text "http:// but
the text is not selected. Clicking three times should cause the text to be
shown as completely selected and inverted, but it is not shown that way.
Clicking delete does cause the "http:// text to be deleted, so the text is
evidently selected but does not show as selected.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

I believe that this was working in version 2.0, but in the latest dev channel version (2.0.162.0) it doesn't work. |

Dimitry, this looks like a recent regression. Could you look into it?

This is outside of my area of expertise, but Darin tells me it's been fixed in later builds?
