Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
     Safari 3: not tested
    Firefox 3: OK
         IE 7: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a simple Silverlight application.
2. Load the test page.
3. Make some changes to the Silverlight application.
4. Reload the test page.
5. The Silverlight application loaded will still be the previous version.

This bug occurs on a local development machine and haven't tested it on a 
web server.

What is the expected result?

Thanks for the report.

Could you try to reproduce the problem using the latest version of the browser 
(either 3.x or 4.x)?. If you are still having problems, could you navigate to
about:net-internals and post the results here (only for ver 4.x)?.

Also, could you post the headers of the particular resource that is causing trouble? 
You can see the headers by navigating to about:cache/http://mysite/the_old_resource
(view-cache:http://mysite/the_old_resource for ver 3.x).
