What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Visit any page
2. Hit Ctrl + P

What is the expected result?
Printer dialog allowing you to select a printer

What happens instead?
"No printer installed"

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
This only applies when the default printer is unavailable. Changing an available printer to the default will fix this.
