What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=28968
2. In the first comment, try to select from <span style="font-family: ...> to the end of </span> before 2. Select all and apply execCommand("fontsize", false, 7) by dragging.

What is the expected result?
<span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier">
    font faces
</span>
<br />
Death comes in all 
<span style="font-size: large">
    font sizes
</span>

is selected.

What happens instead?

Death comes in all 
<span style="font-size: large">
    font sizes
</span>

is selected.

The reproduction step does not seem to reproduce the problem consistently.

Yes, I'm still seeing this problem but this only happens occasionally and restarting browser usually fix the problem.   I think this is due to a browser state being inconsistent.
